For our chocolate pudding:
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 8 bananas (cut into slices)
- Coconut oil for greasing
How to prepare:
- Gather all the ingredients;
- In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend until a homogeneous cream is formed;
- Transfer to a pan, turn on medium heat, let it cook, stirring constantly until it reduces and forms a firmer cream (about 7 minutes cooking);
- Transfer to a pudding mold, greased with coconut oil and refrigerate for about 2 hours;
- Unmold and serve.
