- 1 cup of water
- 3 tablespoons of soy extract powder
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 dessert spoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 and a half cups of oil
How to prepare:
- Put the water, soy extract, salt and spices in a blender and blend well. With the blender running, covered and with the smallest opening open, add the oil in batches until you get the consistency of mayonnaise.
- Store in a covered glass jar and refrigerate.
- If you want to add color, add 1 tablespoon of beet cooking water or strained carrot juice.
