For our protein mug cake:
- 1 egg;
- 15g of Collagen (of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 1 very ripe dwarf banana optional
- 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
How to prepare:
- Inside a container, beat an egg with the help of a fork or whisk, then add the banana (already mashed) and mix until uniform. Then add the cocoa, collagen and oat bran. Mix again. Add the yeast and mix slowly for it to take effect.
- Pour this dough into a mug greased with coconut oil, olive oil, butter or margarine and place in the microwave for approximately 3 minutes.
- Tip: If you prefer, blend everything in a blender or with the help of a mixer, and, if you want, add a little sugar and sweetener.
