Very easy to make, using just a few ingredients from the comfort of our homes, today we're going to teach you how to make a delicious fit sandwich, shall we?

For our Fit Sandwich:

  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 1 and 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • Pink salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked beetroot
  • 1 cup cooked carrot
  • Loaf bread

How to prepare:

  • In a blender, place the spinach and about 1/2 cup of boiling water.
  • Blend until it forms a paste and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté 1/3 of the chopped onion and 1/3 of the garlic, until golden.
  • Add the spinach paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper and set aside.
  • Blend the beetroot in a blender with 1/2 cup of boiling water, until it forms a paste, and set aside.
  • Sauté another 1/3 of the onion and garlic and add the beetroot paste.
  • Cook for a few minutes, season with salt and black pepper and set aside.
  • Repeat the process with the carrot, blending it with 1/2 cup of water in a blender and sautéing it with the rest of the onion and garlic.
  • Season with salt and black pepper and cook for a few minutes.
  • On a slice of sliced bread, assemble a layer with each colored paste and close with another slice of sliced bread.
  • Now just serve.
