Very easy to make, using just a few ingredients from the comfort of our homes, today we're going to teach you how to make a delicious fit sandwich, shall we?
For our Fit Sandwich:
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 1 and 1/2 cup boiling water
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- Pink salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked beetroot
- 1 cup cooked carrot
- Loaf bread
How to prepare:
- In a blender, place the spinach and about 1/2 cup of boiling water.
- Blend until it forms a paste and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté 1/3 of the chopped onion and 1/3 of the garlic, until golden.
- Add the spinach paste and cook for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper and set aside.
- Blend the beetroot in a blender with 1/2 cup of boiling water, until it forms a paste, and set aside.
- Sauté another 1/3 of the onion and garlic and add the beetroot paste.
- Cook for a few minutes, season with salt and black pepper and set aside.
- Repeat the process with the carrot, blending it with 1/2 cup of water in a blender and sautéing it with the rest of the onion and garlic.
- Season with salt and black pepper and cook for a few minutes.
- On a slice of sliced bread, assemble a layer with each colored paste and close with another slice of sliced bread.
- Now just serve.
