- 4 tablespoons of sweet cassava starch;
- 4 tablespoons of sour cassava starch;
- 2 tablespoons of water;
- 1 cup of cooked pumpkin;
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil;
- 1 dessert spoon of chia;
- 15g of collagen of your choice
- Salt to taste.
How to prepare:
- Cook the pumpkin until it is soft and mash well until it becomes puree, then, in a bowl, mix the ingredients by hand until you obtain a uniform dough.
