Purée is very simple to make, everyone likes it and it's extremely delicious, even more so with chicken, isn't it? make it for you and your family at a family gathering, everyone will love it.

In this article we'll teach you how to make delicious mashed potatoes with chicken, shall we?

For our mashed potato:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 1/2 kg chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 cup curd cheese (200 g)
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Straw potatoes

How to prepare:

  • Cook the potatoes in salted water, drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, boil the water and dissolve the chicken stock cubes.
  • Add the chicken, cook over medium heat until tender and the stock is reduced to 1 teaspoon, remove the chicken from the pan, drain (reserve the stock) and shred.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the tomato paste for 2 minutes.
  • Add the chicken and the reserved stock and cook until boiling.
  • Add half a cup of curd cheese, the parsley, mix and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180 degrees).
  • In a medium round baking dish (26 cm in diameter), place the mashed potatoes, the chicken stew, the rest of the curd cheese and cover with straw potatoes.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes and then serve.
  • VariationAdd 1 cup of chopped canned hearts of palm to the chicken stew.
