  • 1 kg of jillo
  • 1/2 kg of bacon
  • Cook the grill for 20 minutes, 10 on one side, 10 on the other.
  • Oil for frying (if preferred)
  • Mozzarella around the jiló

How to prepare:

  • Wash the jilós well and remove the stem.
  • Cut lengthwise without separating, add a slice of bacon, secure with a toothpick and fry until golden.
  • Drain on paper towel and serve.
