For our jiló kebab with bacon:
- 1 kg of jillo
- 1/2 kg of bacon
- Cook the grill for 20 minutes, 10 on one side, 10 on the other.
- Oil for frying (if preferred)
- Mozzarella around the jiló
How to prepare:
- Wash the jilós well and remove the stem.
- Cut lengthwise without separating, add a slice of bacon, secure with a toothpick and fry until golden.
- Drain on paper towel and serve.
- Can be served as a snack.
