For our chickpea soup:

  • 5 units of broccoli;
  • 3 tablespoons of chickpeas;
  • 1 stalk of celery;
  • 1 tablespoon of golden flaxseed;
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric;
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped green chilli;
  • pinch of salt;
  • drizzle of olive oil.

How to prepare:

  • Cook the chickpeas in a pressure cooker until al dente.
  • Reserve the cooking water. Steam the broccoli until al dente.
  • Cook the celery, chickpeas and broccoli in a pan with the chickpea cooking water. Season with salt and turmeric. Let cook until soft.
  • Wait for it to cool and blend in a blender until smooth.
  • Reheat and season with salt, turmeric and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with flaxseed. Serve.
