Corn pudding recipe, whether made with condensed milk, coconut or even bread, pudding is one of the best desserts on the Brazilian menu.

For our corn pudding recipe:
- 2 cans of green corn
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 small bottle of coconut milk
- 3 Whole Eggs
- 1 cup of liquid milk
- 1 cup of sugar (for syrup)
How to prepare:
- Drain the corn in a colander.
- Then blend in a blender with the liquid milk, pass through a fine sieve to remove only the corn cream.
- Then take the corn cream and put it in the blender together with the coconut milk, condensed milk and 3 eggs.

Syrup:
- Place the sugar in a pan with 1/2 cup of water and bring to the boil until a caramelized syrup forms.
- Grease a ring-shaped pan and add the mixture from the blender, cook in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Observation: Until it reaches the pudding stage.
