The canjica recipe is present in traditional June festivals throughout Brazil. We find various traditional foods, such as peanut brittle, mulled wine and broths. All of them are irresistible, but the most desired dish:
hominy.
Canjica is not a typical dish of Brazilian origin, originally from Africa, and is used in our June festivals.
