Passion fruit mousse

Passion fruit mousse, traditionally prepared with eggs and cream, in Brazil we usually use cream and condensed milk, to give texture and a very sweet flavor.

There are different shapes and flavors of mousse and in this article we will learn how to prepare a delicious mousse.

For our passion fruit mousse:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 320 ml passion fruit juice 
  • 1 can of cream without whey

How to prepare:

  • In a blender, beat the cream, condensed milk and concentrated passion fruit juice.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
