The Brownie or our Brownie de Fit is a small cake that is much loved throughout Brazil. It is present in many parts of the world and is one of the three most consumed desserts in some countries. Let's find out more about this delicious dessert.


It can be served at any time of the day: breakfast, after lunch as a dessert, afternoon snack... And even as an evening snack, as it's a fit recipe.

For our fit Brownie:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 yolks
  • 4 dates
  • 200g unsweetened dark chocolate
  • 15g collagen (of your choice)
  • 10 tablespoons gluten-free oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder. 

How to prepare:

  • Melt the chocolate and divide it into two parts. Beat the eggs with the date cream in a mixer until smooth, then add the cocoa and stir until combined.
  • Mix in half the chocolate, then add the flour, collagen and yeast and mix. Cover a rectangular pan with baking paper and pour in the batter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool, cut into pieces and serve.
