Stuffed potato
Stuffed potato, potatoes can be prepared in many different ways, in many different recipes and incredibly there is no recipe that uses potatoes that is not delicious, I dare say that potatoes are the darling of the kitchen.
Whether it can be fried, boiled or mashed, potatoes dominate recipes and I have no doubt about that.
In this article we will teach you how to prepare a delicious stuffed potato, let's go!
For our stuffed potato:
- 2 medium boiled potatoes
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste kingdom
- 1 egg
- 180 g mozzarella cheese
- fried bacon to taste
- 1/2 can of sour cream
- chives to taste
How to prepare:
- Remove the pulp from the two cooked potatoes, leaving a cavity in each one, set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the potato pulp with salt, pepper, egg, mozzarella cheese, fried bacon and cream, mix well.
- On a baking tray, place the two potatoes and distribute in each cavity a little mozzarella cheese, the pulp mixture, fried bacon, a little more mozzarella cheese on top, bacon and finish with chopped chives to taste.
- Bake in the oven (230° C) for about 20 minutes.
