“Parmigiana” is extremely popular among us Brazilians, a dish that captured our taste buds and had “touches” from our cuisine to make it even more delicious.
And in this article, we're going to teach you how to make a delicious parmigiana so you can enjoy it at family gatherings, shall we?
For our filet parmigiana:
- 500 g of rump or sirloin steaks
- oregano, salt and vinegar to taste
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- breadcrumbs, enough
- 2 eggs beaten with 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 liter of ready-made tomato sauce
- 250 g sliced mozzarella
- grated parmesan cheese for sprinkling
How to do it:
- Season the fillets with garlic, oregano, salt and vinegar.
- Coat in breadcrumbs, beaten eggs and again in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Place the fillets in a refractory dish drizzled with a little sauce.
- Place slices of mozzarella over the fillets.
- Drizzle with the sauce.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place in the preheated oven to melt the mozzarella.
- Serve with rice or puree and a salad.
