In this article we will teach you how to make delicious shortbread cookies, shall we?
For our shortbread cookie recipe:
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- ½ cup (tea) butter
- ¼ cup (tea) sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
How to prepare:
- Turn on the oven at medium temperature (180 degrees).
- Place the flour, sugar, butter and vanilla essence in a bowl and knead well with your hands until it forms a uniform dough.
- Separate the dough into 3 portions.
- Make a roll with each portion.
- Cut each roll into 1cm thick slices.
- Using the tines of a fork, lightly press each wheel, forming a design.
- Grease a large baking tray with butter and flour.
- Distribute the cookies on the baking sheet, leaving a distance between them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, wait to cool and serve.
